New applications: February 1 – November 15, 2026. New-student acceptance deadline: December 15, 2026. Quarter 3 enrollment: December 15. Quarter 4 enrollment (transfers): February 15, 2027. 2027-28 applications open February 1, 2027.

EMA, the parent portal
Applications, acceptance, school enrollment approval and payment approval all happen in EMA. The school submits enrollment; the parent must approve it before funds release.
Renewal rules changed for 2026-27
A renewal student is now one who was funded for Quarter 4 of the prior year on the same scholarship. Missing a renewal deadline drops the family to new-student status.
